A network performance monitoring system, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as help desk will be provided is addition to intervention at customer premises when necessary.

1.Operational Link activation and configuration changes, such as upgrades, routing or similar actions, are performed only during Weekdays 8:00 to 17:00.
2.Our residential customers are kindly asked to refer to their respective ISP’s for first line support.
